Pizza English Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 lb. lean ground beef
• 3/4 lb. Neese's sausage
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup (or more) turkey pepperoni, diced
• 1/2 cup tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp.dried italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 3 pkgs. English muffins, split
• 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (or italian cheese blend)
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
• extra pizza sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef, sausage & onion until done;drain. Stir in tomato paste, (extra pizza sauce if needed), and spices.

Spread over english muffin half. Place on baking sheets. Combine cheeses & sprinkle over muffins.

Freeze or bake at 350 for 20 min. or until heated through.


*** if frozen, bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
