One Hour Yeast Rolls 0 Picture

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 1/3 cups flour

Step 1

Mix water, sugar, yeast, and oil together. Let stand 15 minutes until bubbly. Stir in salt and egg. Gradually add flour- mix and let rest 10 minutes, covered. (I used the dough attachment to my Kitchen Aid to mix) Spray hands with Pam and form into balls. Place not toughing on cookie sheet. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake 375 for 10 minutes. Mix 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 tsp honey and brush top of rolls after baking. These were easy and absolutely delicious. I think I even forgot to add the oil. I made 10 rolls but they are too big. You should get 14-16 smaller rolls.
