STRINGY BEEF

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pot roast OR blade roast - NO BONE
  • 1 - 46 oz. ketchup
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in strips

Preparation

Step 1

Coof beef for 2 to 3 hours, low heat (300F-325F). Once tender, pull meat apart so it's stringy. Cook green pepper until soft. Mix beef, ketchup and green pepper.
