Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 eggs [beaten]
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 can cream or whole corn
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups corn meal [self rising]
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped grean onions [blades also]
- 2 cups white chedder cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all indgredients together and pour into long loaf pan. 13x4x4
Bake 400* for about 1 hour
Cool, slice about 3/4 inch, butter and put on hot griddle until brown , repeat the other side .
Serve chilli over fried cornbread or use as a side to soup or beans.
