Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 - Cups sugar
• 3 - Eggs
• 3 Cups diced apples
• 3/4 Cup Coconut
• 1-1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
• 1-1/2 Cups oil
• 3-1/2 Cups flour
• 1 - Cup Chopped Pecans, or Walnuts
• 1 - Teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together sugar,oil,& Eggs.

Add remaining ingredients & mix well with a wooden spoon;

Batter will be stiff.

Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degree for 1 hour & 10 minutes.


(Frosting:)

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup butter

1/4 Cup Cream

Combine ingredients & bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and beat,

Pour over cake when lukewarm.
