Escalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup milk
- large can crushed pineapple (and juice)
- 8 slices white bread (crusts cut off)

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg and milk. Mix. Add pineapple with juice and bread. Pour in 1-1/2 quart shallow casserole, cpver and let set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
