Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • large can crushed pineapple (and juice)
  • 8 slices white bread (crusts cut off)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg and milk. Mix. Add pineapple with juice and bread. Pour in 1-1/2 quart shallow casserole, cpver and let set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
