Mexican Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese-softened
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small can chopped black olives-drained
  • 1 small can diced chiles-drained
  • 1 cup grated chedddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 10 inch flour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together; spread about 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla and roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 5 hours.

Remove from plastic wrap and slice into 1 inch pieces.

*Serve with salsa and/or guacamole, if desired.*
