Herring Tidbits

Ingredients

• 16 oz jar herring tidbits in wine, throw out onions,
• drain
• 1 red onion, sliced paper thin
• 2 carrots, shredded
• 3 T sugar
• 5 squirts lemon juice
• 1 c sour cream
• 1/2 c mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mix last 4 ingredients together well. Then add the rest.
