Crème Fresh

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Pour both in a jar. Cover with a paper towel and rubber band to keep paper towel on jar lid. Let sit out on the counter for 24 hours at room temperature. After 24 hours, put a lid on the jar and store in the fridge. It will then be set up and very thick.
