Ingredients
- 1/2 C Fage Yogurt
- 1/8 C Unsweetened Plain Kefir
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tblsp Honey
- Any Fruit you want (I love strawberries and bananas)
- 2 About 2 cups of ice
- 1 tblsp flaxseed
- 1/8 c sliced almonds
- 1 serving of protein powder (I use organic hemp protein powder)

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together! I love to slice a little more of the fruit and put it in the bottom of my cup and pour smoothie mix over it- so that you have fruit chunks. Yum!
