    C Fage Yogurt

  • 1/8

    C Unsweetened Plain Kefir

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1

    Tblsp Honey

  • Any Fruit you want (I love strawberries and bananas)

  • 2

    About 2 cups of ice

  • 1

    tblsp flaxseed

  • 1/8

    c sliced almonds

  • 1

    serving of protein powder (I use organic hemp protein powder)

Directions

Blend all ingredients together! I love to slice a little more of the fruit and put it in the bottom of my cup and pour smoothie mix over it- so that you have fruit chunks. Yum!
