Bill's BBQ Sauce (Large Batch)

By

This is my own recipe that I've tweeked over the years. This is the bulk version for any one doing a big BBQ for lots of folks. I first used this recipe to cook some pork ribs for the San Marcos, CA Veterans of Foreign Wars post. They loved it!

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a cook pot and simmer for 15 or so minutes to meld the flavors. Do not bring to a boil! Use as you would any other BBQ sauce. If you need to thicken it up try simmering for a while or add a tablespoon of tapioca.
