Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c crisco oil
- 2 c flour
- 3 c shredded carrots
- 1 c nuts

Step 1
Combine top 6 ingredients, then add crisco. Beat in flour, mix well. Add carrots, nuts, mix well. Bake in greased 9x13 pan, 425 for 10 min then 375 for 50 min.
