Ingredients
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 1/2 C Oreos (crushed)
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 C mini marshmellows
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C white chocolate chips
- 2 C chocolate cereal (Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Krispies)
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam or line with aluminum foil and spray with Pam. Set aside.
Melt butter in microwave by cooking in a bowl for 50 seconds. Add crushed Oreos and combine. Pour in pan and smash down with your hands or a metal spatula.
Add semi sweet chocolate chips and layer evenly over Oreo/butter mixture. Sprinkle marshmellows evenly. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over marshmellows. Follow with white chocolate chips, cereal and milk chocolate chips. The goal is to have even distribution so each cookie bar has each ingredient. Use metal spatula to mash down before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. When room temperature, cut into brownie shaped squares. Do not remove unless you plan to eat immediately.
You can now put them in the refrigerator to set up firm. Do not refrigerate without cutting them first or they will be too hard to cut after chilled.
