Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- black pepper, to taste
- 4 T. oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Using a meat mallet, pound pork chop in resealable plastic bag to 1/3 to 1/2" thickness. Dredge pork in flour. Dip in milk; dredge in bread crumbs, pressing lightly to adhere. Season with pepper to taste. Repeat with remaining pork chops.
Heat 2 T. oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add 2 pork chops; cook until light brown, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet. Wipe pan clean; repeat with remaining pork chops. Transer to the baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until cooked througyh.
