Ingredients
- 1/2 lb dry elbow macaroni or other small pasta
- 1 1/2 C evaproated skim milk
- 4 oz white or yellow cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C white or orange puree
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp mustard

Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and add back to pot along with the other ingredients and stir until cheese melted and ingredients well blended.
