Sneaky Veggie Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb dry elbow macaroni or other small pasta
  • 1 1/2 C evaproated skim milk
  • 4 oz white or yellow cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C white or orange puree
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and add back to pot along with the other ingredients and stir until cheese melted and ingredients well blended.
