  • 1 pkg. egg roll skins
  • 1 c. ricotta
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. mini choc chips
  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place egg roll skins on a flat surface. Using a drinking glass w/ 3" diameter, cut out circles. In a bowl, combine cheese, sugar, vanilla, and choc chips; mix well.

Place 1 tsp. of cheese mixture in the center of each circle. Carefully lift the edges of the circle up and press gently together to hold in place. Take a 5: pc. of string and tie a knot around each purse.

Pour oil into wok and set to SEAR at 325. Add 5 purses to wok; cook till golden brown. Remove purses and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Repeat w/ remaining purses.
