• 1 broiler chicken, cut up
• 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
• 1 pack shake-n-bake extra crispy coating mix

Step 1

Remove skin from chicken. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add dressing and coat chicken. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place coating mix in shallow dish. Dip chicken in coating mix, turning to coat both sides. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining coating mix.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
