Ingredients
- 32 oz. organic free range chicken broth
- 4 oz. filet mignon, cubed
- 5 c. Organic baby spinach
- 1 bunch organic kale, chopped
- 1 organic zucchini, chopped
- 3 large organic carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks organic celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. organic dried minced onions
- 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 can organic canellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14oz.) organic diced tomatoes, (undrained)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce, to taste

Step 1
1.Combine broth, steak, greens, zucchini, carrots, celery and seasonings in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 - 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
2.Add beans and tomatoes. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
