Ingredients

  • 32 oz. organic free range chicken broth
  • 4 oz. filet mignon, cubed
  • 5 c. Organic baby spinach
  • 1 bunch organic kale, chopped
  • 1 organic zucchini, chopped
  • 3 large organic carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 stalks organic celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. organic dried minced onions
  • 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 can organic canellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14oz.) organic diced tomatoes, (undrained)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine broth, steak, greens, zucchini, carrots, celery and seasonings in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 - 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
2.Add beans and tomatoes. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
