Ingredients
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 Tblsp mayo
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- salt
- 2 Tblsp diced onion
- 1 Tblsp parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dillweed
- Pepper
- 2 1/4 c. cauliflower
- 2 1/4 c. broccoli
- 1/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
- Boston lettuce
- cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine buttermild and cheese iin bender and process 1 minute or til smooth
Add mayo, mustard, and salt; process 15 seconds or util combined. Stir in onion, parsley, dillweed and pepper. Chill 30 minutes
Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and chestnuts in a bowl; top with cheese mixture, tossing gently.
Spoon into lettuce lined bowl and garnish with tomatoes.
