Mustard Chicken BBQ

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. snipped fresh thyme or 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 whole chicken legs, 4 chicken drumsticks & thighs, OR 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 tbsp. light molasses

Step 1
For marinade, in a small bowl, stir together mustard, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Remove skin from chx, if desired. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken; seal bag. Marinate in fridge for 4-24 hours, turning bag occassionally.
Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Set aside 1/3 c. of marinade for sauce.
For a gas grill; preheat grill; reduce heat to med-high. Adjust for indirect cooking. Place chicken on grill. Cover and grill 50-60 mins. or till chicken is no longer pink (170 degrees), brushing occassionally w/ marinade up to the last 5 mins. of grilling.
Meanwhile, for suace, in a small saucepan, combine the reserved 1/3 c. marinade and the molasses. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 5 mins. Pass sauce with chicken.
