Use a heart shapped cake pan. Lightly spray with cooking spray and line with plastic wrap, overlap at least 2 inches around edge. Take one quart softened vanilla ice cream and spread in bottom and freeze at least one hour. Heat 2 c chocolate chips over medium low heat with 3/4 c heavy cream. Stir continuously until melted, cool 5 minutes. Spread ganache oer vanilla ice cream, reserving about 1/4 c for garnish. Then sprinkle 1 1/2 c crushed shortbread cookies and freeze 30 minutes. Then add 1 qt softened strawberrry ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 4 hours. Remove and tip over and drizzle remaining 1/4 c reserved ganache.
