Velvet Crumb Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Soft butter or shortening
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 8x8x2 inch pan. Mix Bisquick and sugar.
Add butter,egg,1/4 cup of the milk. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute with an electric mixer.
Stir in gradually the remaining milk and vanilla. Beat 1/2 minute more. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
