Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teasp. salt
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 cup lt. corn syrup
• 1 cup pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup together with rotary mixer. Mix in pecan halves and pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake 40-50 mins.
