Ingredients
- 200 ml teriyaki sauce
- 75 ml yellow bean sauce
- 1 lemongrass stalk, outer leaves removed, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp peeled & grated fresh ginger root
Preparation
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until blended.
You can dress noodles with this sauce, or put a blob on the side or top of a dish. You can dip gyoza in it, or add a little to a salad dressing. It's very Asian in taste and attitude. It will keep for months in the fridge.
