Ingredients
- 8 slices zucchini
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup soaked garbanzos (chick peas)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash zucchini slices. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle both sides lightly with salt. Blend garbanzos with water and salt until very fine. Spread garbanzo mixture on top of slices. Pick up slices one at a time. Spread mix on other side. Heat lightly oiled skillet to medium-hot 350 F. Put into lightly oiled skillet. When all are in the skillet, cover. Let cook 10 minutes. Turn. Let cook 10 minutes longer.
