Ingredients

  • Salad:
  • 4 cups (3 to 4 large) shredded carrots
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 2 tsp brown or white sugar
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh or dried parsley
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine all ingredients for dressing. Add carrots and zucchini and toss lightly to mix well. Refrigerate. Toss before serving.
