Quick Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c finely chopped onion
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Place bacon in a large deep skillet. Cook over med high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 9 in pie pan.

Line bottom of pie plate with cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine eggs, butter, onion, salt, flour and milk. Whisk together until smooth and pour into pie pan.

Bake for 35 min and serve immediately.
