Eggnog Martini

Ingredients

  • 3 c eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1.5 c hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico
  • 1.5 c vodka
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a pitcher, combine eggnog, hazelnut liqueur, & vodka.
2. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1hr.
3. In a cocktail shaker filled w/ice, pour 1/2c of mixture, plus nutmeg to taste, & shake until ice-cold, ~20 sec.
4. Strain into a martini glass, grate nutmeg on top, & serve.
5. Repeat w/remaining mixture & ice.
