Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) Center-Cut Pork Chops
- 1 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 1 (11 oz.) Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, sliced

Step 1
Brown pork chops on both sides in oil in skillet. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add orange juice, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and bouillon to skillet. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add pork chops. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until pork chops are tender and cooked through. Add oranges and bell pepper. Cook until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
