Ingredients
- 1 cup whole rolled oats
- 1 cup canned pumpkin(I used Libby's. It's just the pumpkin with nothing else added)
- 1 cup fat free milk(Add more milk if you prefer your oatmeal to have a thinner consistency)
- honey, cinnamon, greek yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, cook the above ingredients, stirring frequently, until oatmeal is tender. About 5 minutes. Pour into your bowl, add 1 tablespoon honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon and mix. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and you are good to go! Amazing breakfast that will give you an abundance of energy until your next meal!
