Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 3-4 lb roast

Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker combine all ingredients, except for roast. Mix well. Add roast. Cover and cook on high for 6 to 7 hours until tender.
Remove roast and cool. Shred meat and return to sauce.
Heat through. Use slotted spoon to remove from juices.
