Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 large ribs celery, diced
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 12 cups bread stuffing
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 tsp crumbles sage
  • 3/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Directions: In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs and seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Toss lightly with a fork. Add more seasonings if you wish. For moister dressing, add a bit of water. Stuffing is suitable for a 10-12 pound turkey.
Option: Chop up giblets and add 1/2 pound mushrooms sauted in butter.
