Spiced Splenda Pecans

These pecans are always a big hit, made with Splenda and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon cold water
  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup bulk Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat one egg white and 1 teaspoon cold water until good and frothy, but not stiff. Add 1 pound pecan halves. Mix until coated.

Mix together and stir in remaining ingredients.

Place on buttered pan. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
