Strawberry White Wine Cooler

The wine cooler can be made four hours before serving. Be sure to reserve some whole strawberries for garnish.

Ingredients
- 2 quarts of strawberries, trimmed
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 - 750 ml bottles of dry white wine
- (I've used one bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and one bottle of Reisling.)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine strawberries with the sugar. Let marinate for 10 minutes. Puree in a food processor with a little wine. Put through a fine sieve. Add strawberries and remaining wine. Chill.
