Creamy Cocoa Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 dash of salt
• 5 cups sifted powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 tablespoons milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, vanilla, and salt; mixing until well blended. Add combined sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy. Covers 2 8-inch cakes or 1 13x9-inch cake.
