Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pint light cream
- salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes in their jackets. Peel and mash coarsely with a fork. Spread in 2 1/2 qt. casserole. Salt & Pepper to taste. Sprint with parmesan cheese. Pour cream over all. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
