Ingredients

  • 1 # fresh mushroom caps, wash and de-stem { gently wash set on cloth to dry}
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped mushroom stem's
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Heinz Chile sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs-chop in blender

Preparation

Step 1

saute stems,and onions in butter.Add salt,pepper,thyme, Chile sauce , Worcestershire sauce,and wine. Add mixture to soft breadcrumbs. Stuff mushrooms.



Set oven at 400 degrees Bake (5-10 min.)
Mushrooms will be soft and moisture will form in pan.
