Ingredients
- 1 box Seasoned Croutons
- 1 bag Sage & Onion Croutons
- 1 bag Unseasoned Croutons
- 1/2 Stalk Celery (Diced)
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 or 1 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Butter a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.
Soak bread croutons in water - drain off excess water.
Brown onions in butter. Add celery to onion and saute until soft.
Add ground pork to bread croutons.
Add onion and celery mixture to bread mixture - mix well.
Add salt & pepper.
Add eggs and mix well.
Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
