Ingredients

  • 1 box Seasoned Croutons
  • 1 bag Sage & Onion Croutons
  • 1 bag Unseasoned Croutons
  • 1/2 Stalk Celery (Diced)
  • 1 lb lean ground pork
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 or 1 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Butter a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.

Soak bread croutons in water - drain off excess water.

Brown onions in butter. Add celery to onion and saute until soft.

Add ground pork to bread croutons.

Add onion and celery mixture to bread mixture - mix well.

Add salt & pepper.

Add eggs and mix well.

Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
