Mel’s Rib Rub
Rib Rub for the best BBQ'd Ribs you can cook!
- Coarse ground pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Seasoned salt ...Mrs. Dash or Johnny's Seasoning Salt
Night before put on all of the above on both sides of ribs and put in refrigerator.
Cooking time here is 5hrs, at 275 - 300 deg. Last 20 minutes put on barbecue sauce.
