French Toast Casserole II

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread cut into cubes
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c milk
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • confectioner's sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place cubes in greased 3 qt shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr or overnight. Uncover.

Bake at 350 for 50 min or until golden. Sprinkle with sugar and serve with maple syrup if desired.
