Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 8 cups sweet potatoes ( baked then mashed )
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 large can crushed pineapple ( drained )
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 2 teas. vanilla
• 1 teas. cinnamon
• 1 teas. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together (excluding the marshmallows) and put into a 9x13x2 baking dish. Dot with butter and cover with marshmallows.

Bake until hot and bubbly 375-400 degrees.
