Ingredients
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash rice 3 times in cold water to remove excess starch. Place all ingredients in an aluminum-clad pot. Cover and heat rice on medium-high until most of the water has evaporated. Stir. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low for 20-25 minutes. Stir to fluff rice and serve.
