Ingredients
- 16-oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tb. mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Blend cranberry sauce and lemon juice; pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Using an electric mixer with chilled beaters, beat whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients. Layer mixture over cranberry sauce; freeze. Serves 10.
