Scallop Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of Butter ( 1/4 for sauce & 1/4 for top)
  • 1 cup of Milk (1/2 for sauce & 1/2 for top)
  • 2 tbsp. of Flour
  • 1/2 a pkg. of Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp. of Pepper
  • 1 tsp. of Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Peel & slice potatoes, then rinse.
Make a white cream sauce with about 1/4 cup of butter (less butter if you want less sauce)
Don't make it thick you want it more milky.

Cook your 1/2 pkg. of sliced bacon till crisp.

In a oven baking dish prepare your scalloped potatoes.

Do by layers, first layer potatoes, then some chopped bacon,
Put dots of butter about 4 to 5 time in dish
Sprinkle pepper, flour and parsley over the scalloped potatoes.
Repeat this till all your potatoes slice's are gone.

Pour about 1/2 cup of Milk depending how liquidity your sauce is. Pour your white cream sauce over the potatoes.

Bake @ 325 to 350 F for 1 hour covered & 1/2 hour uncovered.
