Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey (spray measuring cup with cooking spray first, honey will not stick to cup)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill.
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 Chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400deg. Line a baking sheet with foil, coat with cooking spray. Combine mustard, honey & dill.
Place chicken skin side down, season chicken with salt & pepper. Brush chicken with sauce, turn chicken over, gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce, replace skin. Brush skin with any remaining sauce. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165deg.
Makes 4 servings.
