Ingredients
- 6 (3½ oz /100g each)
- boneless pork chops
- 1 can (284 mL)
- CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)
- water
- 2 tbsp (30 mL)
- maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)
- smooth Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 mL)
- chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 cup (250 mL)
- diced Granny Smith apples
- 3 cups (750 mL)
- hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pork in a large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat – about 4 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove pork, set aside and keep warm.
