Ingredients
- 1 pkg (about 1 lb) oreo cookies
- 1/2 C melted oleo
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 pkg salted peanuts
- 2/3 C chocolate chips
- 1 C evaporated milk
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 C oleo

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cookes and oleo. Pat into 9 x 13 pan.
Spread 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream over cookie mixture. Top with peanuts.
FREEZE
Mix chocolate chips, milk, powdered sugar and oleo in a sauce pan. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool until thick. Pour over peanuts and FREEZE
